Formerly used as an effective painkiller, we associate the scent of clove mostly with toothache. It is utilized in aromas for wines, cordials, love potions, dental products, etc. This is a highly volatile ingredient, high in antimicrobial components and terpenes. All well proven carp attractors and especially effective in cold water conditions during winter time. Eugenol content; minimum 80%. It has a hot, savoury aroma. Very good to use together with MSG to maximize the savoury aspect. It also combines well with cinnamon and talin. Recommended dosage per kg dry mix:Use at around 10 – 20 drops (20 drops = appr 1ml), depending on other ingredients used.
