A pure organic oil. Cinnamon is known for its property of increasing the activity of enzymes and in this way assists in the metabolic process. Cinnamon is very high in calcium, iron, fibre, vitamine C and K and manganese. It is a very powerfull anti-oxidant. Its fragrance is very similar to Cassia. This merges very well with our flavours LactoseStim and Milk B+. Recommended dosage per kg dry mix: Use at around 10 – 20 (20 drops = appr 1ml), depending on other ingredients used.
