Cinnamon is known for its property of increasing the activity of enzymes and in this way assists in the metabolic process. Cinnamon is very high in calcium, iron, fibre, vitamine C and K and manganese. It is a very powerful anti-oxidant. Its fragrance is very similar to Cassia, this merges very well with our flavours Milk B+, LactoseStim and FruitStim. This liquid is very similar to an oleoresin, with the exception that this liquid is water-soluble. Product character: Made from the cinnamon bark, dark brown easy flowing liquid, dissolves into small particles, water solution is clear / very light brown, intense characteristic flavor of cinnamon, contains no water – pva friendly. Recommended dosage per kg dry mix: Use at around 1 – 2 ml, depending on other ingredients used. Shake well before use.
